(IT) Systems Test Analyst – Manual Testing – Perth OR Melbourne – Permanent

They currently have an opportunity for a strong Systems Test Analyst to join this ‘Employer of Choice’. To be suitable for this position, you will have proven experience as a Test Analyst and will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You will be analytical, a team player and pro-active in your work approach. Your Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: To develop, manage and improve system testing methodology and standards to deliver quality outcomes. To deliver application change across various platforms through analysis, planning, creation and execution of system testing. Liaise with business users, business analysts, developers and project mangers to ensure that planned testing meets their requirements Consult on testing matters to business and IT project managers. Execute test cases for all assigned projects/assignments To be suitable for this position, you will have the following skills and experience: Extensive experience testing in a Manual Testing environment. Experience testing in SQL Server based systems Proven ability to identify and test business and technology requirements and record results. Extensive experience in developing and managing a standard test methodology Extensive knowledge of business procedures and systems including, system design, application inter-dependencies, and IT infrastructure You will also have the following attributes: Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Pro-active approach with a focus on continuous improvement Strong attention to detail Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability of prioritise and work under pressure. Strong customer focus with a positive and proactive approach to client service Ability to apply analytical and conceptual thinking Previous experience in a professional services environment would be highly regarded.
