(IT) Helpdesk Support Analyst


Rate: $45k   Location: Perth, Western Australia

This is a customer service role where you will be responsible for resolving 1st and 2nd level user issues. You will be selected on your ability to problem solve, your drive a research initiative and your people skills. Candidates must be fluent with Microsoft Office Suite Windows XP, Server 2003 and Active Directory. At least 1 years experience in on a helpdesk is required. Any candidate holding any Microsoft Certifications and/or Tertiary qualification will be highly regarded.
