(IT) Applications Technical Specialist – Ellipse

Location: Perth   

Permanent Position Perth Location Enterprise environment Logica is a major international force in IT and business services, employing 39,000 people across 41 countries. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Ellipse ERP implementations within Logica’s outsourcing customer base in accordance with service delivery and application life cycle objectives. You will actively support and suggest improvements to the approved delivery service processes along with dealing with incidents in a timely manner. The role will also be very hands-on where you will install, configure and upgrade software and document all procedures. In order to be successful in the role, you will have: Strong experience with Mincom Ellipse. Proven experience working within a UNIX environment along with experience working with applications with an enterprise level RDBMS. Thrive working towards SLA’s and meeting project objectives.
